Principle QA Tester

The Principle QA Tester will ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, coaching team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves supporting testing strategies, providing training, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with developers and product owners. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in performance and functionality testing and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or its equivalent.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in performance and functionality testing.
• Experience in working with product owners to define acceptance criteria.
• Experience in coaching agile team members in testing aspects.
