Requirements
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop innovative glassware products
- Manage product life cycle, including new product introductions, enhancements, and phase-outs
- Develop and implement product strategies
- Set clear objectives and key results (KPIs) and track progress
- Work closely with marketing, sales, packaging, warehouse, etc. teams
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics
