The Product Owner represents the customer's voice at the squad level, guiding the product backlog to maximize business value and ensure desired fixes and functionalities. This role involves leading squads to meet deadlines, align with business requirements, and escalating issues to senior management. The Product Owner is responsible for aligning with Business Analysts and ensuring customer needs are met.
