Scrum Master (Outsource)

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, remove team impediments, and drive continuous improvement across our development squads. This role involves acting as a servant leader, fostering Agile principles and practices, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. The Scrum Master will guide the team in Agile best practices and help evolve team maturity.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile frameworks.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II).
• Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams and influence without authority.
• Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams.
