Job Description
This is a direct hire opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades for Estimators (I-III). The role involves evaluating project documents, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting bids for construction projects. Estimators analyze scope, coordinate with stakeholders, and follow up on RFIs. This is an entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level position, offering opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare preliminary budgets, estimates, and proposals.
- Coordinate with drafting/design teams.
- Provide pricing for change orders.
- Develop and maintain project notebooks.
- Coordinate with subcontractors.
- Present and explain pricing to management.
