Job Description
DIRECT HIRE is seeking a Facilities HVAC Technician for a client in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers a $5K sign-on bonus and full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, and 401k. The technician will be responsible for providing HVAC services, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Requirements
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Monitor HVAC systems and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Respond to calls and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
- Manage HVAC vendor relationships and safety regulations.
- Maintain and repair control systems and components.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Document all work and participate in safety meetings.
