Director of Dining Services

St. Andrews at The Francis Place is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents. The role involves implementing food production controls, purchasing approved food supplies, maintaining accurate records, and supervising dining service staff. This position emphasizes high-quality dining experiences and adherence to all safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• CDM Certified
• At least three years of experience in hospital, institution, or restaurant management and cooking
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have the ability to be pleasant, cheerful, tactful, and courteous
• Ability to maintain safe, sanitary operation (FDA, state, local & facility standards)
• Certified Dietary Manager & Servsave Certified
