Job Description
The Assisted Living Caregiver (CNA) provides nurturing care and services to residents in a home environment focused on hope, dignity, and love. Responsibilities include personal care, housekeeping, and food preparation, with a commitment to resident well-being and teamwork. This is a full-time, part-time, or relief position offering flexible schedules and sign-on bonuses.
Requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of residents' and families' information.
- Implement infection control measures and follow safety procedures.
- Follow policies and procedures for annual TB testing and influenza vaccinations.
- Certify as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Complete the SCAJU CNA Course and obtain certification within 120 days.
- Complete Abuse Training and required training in Serve Safe TM, food preparation, basic nutritional guidelines related to resident menu planning and basics of household financial management, housekeeping, infection control, light maintenance.
