CNA in Laurel at the Crossings

This full-time position provides care and services to an Elder at the Crossings, specializing in creating a nurturing home environment. The CNA will perform personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, activities, and recordkeeping, all while respecting resident’s individual choices and adhering to infection control protocols. They also support the team and contribute to a positive culture within the care setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a human service or health care setting preferred
• Current Montana State Nurses Aide Certification (or completion of SJU CNA Course and certification within 120 days)
• Knowledge of Burnaby, Abuse, and Serve Safe food safety practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
