CNA - TCA at Transitional Care (Rehab)

This CNA position provides skilled patient care in a rehabilitation setting. The role involves performing duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with various activities of daily living (ADLs), and ensuring the resident’s physical, psychosocial, educational and spiritual needs are met. This is a temporary position for a TRC (Transitional Care Rehabilitation Center).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current Montana State Nurses Aide Certification or completion of SJU CNA course
• Good writing, verbal, and observation skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
• Experience in a human service or health care setting preferred
