Job Description
The Associate Teacher position is a hands-on opportunity for an aspiring educator to develop teaching skills, support student growth, and make a lasting impact. The Associate Teacher will work alongside the Lead Teacher to support classroom culture and academic instruction, and will transition into the lead teacher role in the 2026–2027 school year.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Must be enrolled in Teacher Residency Program
- Passion for urban education, media arts, and storytelling
- Commitment to educational equity and student-centered learning
- Ability to internalize feedback and adapt teaching practices
