Director of Budget, Financial Planning & Institutional Strategy

The Director of Budget, Financial Planning & Institutional Strategy will provide planning and decision support for the College's executive leadership, business managers, and others at Saint Mary's College of California. The Director will be responsible for planning and managing the College's strategic and operational planning processes, developing budgets, and recommending resource allocation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in finance, public policy, public administration, business administration, accounting or an equivalent field
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in planning and budgeting, preferably in a university or nonprofit institution of equal or larger size
• Significant experience in the use of technology, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills, commitment to inclusion and diversity, and ability to work effectively with a diverse campus community
