As Lead Talent Partner, you will build the recruiting foundation for our ambitious growth plans, scale the talent acquisition function in Germany, and develop a sustainable local hiring strategy.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in in-house positions at scale-ups or rapidly growing tech companies
- Demonstrated success in recruiting B2B sales roles in competitive markets
- Experience in building or significantly improving scalable recruiting processes and structures
- Very good German knowledge (C2) and good English (at least C1) as well as communication skills in collaboration with various stakeholders
