Requirements

• Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical or economic will be an advantage)
• Experience in senior positions in the pharmaceutical industry (at least 5 years)
• Successful experience in managing field teams and achieving high results
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and features of working with medical representatives
• Developed leadership qualities, strategic planning and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Readiness for business trips
• English language proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate level
