The Sales and Marketing Department Director will develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to maximize market share, sales, and profitability while ensuring full regulatory compliance. They will lead the salesforce, build and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration and teamwork. The ideal candidate has a business or commercial education, ideally with a medical scientific background, and at least 3-5 years commercial/sales experience in the pharma business.
