Senior Demand Planner

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in demand planning and S&OP processes to play a pivotal role in driving accurate demand forecasts, optimizing supply plans, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong knowledge of SAP, IBP, or similar ERP systems (desirable)
• Experience with end-to-end planning cycles and scenario planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
• Adaptability to change and process improvements
• Drive for results and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English (another language is an advantage)
