Landmarks is seeking a Property Manager for its residential portfolio. This role involves managing commercial real estate, tenant interactions, and ensuring property performance. Requirements
- Completed course of commerce or advanced studies in property management
- Long-standing experience in property management or in real estate management
- Strong knowledge of tenancy law and commercial operations
- Analytical thinking and negotiation skills
- Confidence in MS Office and real estate software (iX-Haus preferred)
- Driving license class B
