Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with network protocols, systems administration and ticketing systems
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL a plus)
