Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience required (lead or setup experience a plus)
• Ability to read, write, and understand English clearly
• Basic computer skills (data entry, label printing, reviewing instructions)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
