Job Description
IT Support Engineer position based in Singapore. Responsible for managing technical infrastructures, services, and users computing. Must have a Nitec/Diploma in relevant fields and at least 2 years experience operating in MNC. Strong knowledge of technologies such as domains, group policies, and network devices.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in relevant fields
- CCNA certificate preferred
- At least 2 years experience operating in MNC
- Strong knowledge and experience of technologies such as domains, group policies, DNS, Registries, DHCP, WINS, firewalls (Palo Alto), ICP, proxy servers and other network devices
- Managing and supporting Microsoft Windows Servers and Virtual Infrastructure with a strong focus on the virtual servers and virtual application environment
- Experience with Cisco VoIP systems (Call Manager, Contact Center, and Unity Connection)
- Familiar with configuring and installing Windows Servers and workstations
- Strong knowledge on Network and ever done a complete SLDC network design for company
- Cisco and Palo Alto products experience is a plus
