Job Description
The Site Manager will be responsible for planning and managing all details of the project from inception to completion, forecasting monthly progress and expenditure budget, and attending meetings with clients and sub-contractors.
Requirements
- Plan and manage all detail of the project from inception to completion
- Forecast monthly progress claim and expenditure budget
- Manage sub-contractors performance
- Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors, suppliers and project team
- Monitor equipment usage and allocation
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
