Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a U.S. mental health practice is required, specifically in an intake specialist, front desk or similar role.
• Strong empathy and the ability to connect with clients.
• Experience with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient intake.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
