Job Description
We're seeking an Office Manager to support executives, managers, and employees across multiple locations. This role is all about keeping operations smooth, facilities running efficiently, and the employee experience at its best.
Requirements
- Office & Facilities Operations: Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor contracts (cleaning, maintenance, equipment).
- Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for office needs. Partner with HR and IT to onboard new hires (workspace, equipment, badges).
- Events & Meetings: Organize team events, client visits, and internal meetings. Manage conference room scheduling and setup.
- Budget & Expenses: Track office budgets, vendor invoices, and support finance with reporting.
- Health & Safety: Ensure workplace compliance with safety, security, and HR policies.
