Job Description
We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client's HR and Finance team! In this role, you’ll manage multi-state payrolls, partner with HR to ensure accurate employee data, and work with our HRIS provider (Dayforce) to keep everything compliant and efficient. You’ll also support audits, reporting, and payroll analysis to help us make smarter business decisions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of multi-state payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, processes, and compliance.
- Experience with Dayforce or Ceridian, preferred
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a problem-solving mindset
