Financial Reporting

Assist in the preparation of SEC 10-Q/K filings, prepare quarterly and annual GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists, and provide guidance on technical accounting questions.

Requirements

• CPA required
• In depth knowledge and experience with US GAAP
• Knowledge/experience with internal controls (SOX 404)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in accounting and reporting systems such as OneStream, Maconomy, or similar ERP platforms
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to evaluate and identify inefficiencies
• Strong analytical skills
• Deadline driven and attention to detail
• Excellent time and self-management skills
