Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team full-time. The role demands technical expertise in healthcare accounting and a collaborative approach to team development and cross-departmental coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, healthcare accounting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Romanian is a strong advantage
