As the Managing Director of Client Accounting & CFO Advisory team, you will lead our outsourced or client accounting services and CFO advisory practice, drive operational excellence and expand our impact in the Architectural and Engineering (AE) Industry.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Client Accounting and CFO Advisory Services practices aligned with SN’s growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing teams of accounting professionals specializing in Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint and Ajera.
- Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and CFO advisory services, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive scalability by strengthening on and offshore delivery teams, improving processes, identifying new service opportunities, and expanding market presence in AE industry.
- Leverage automation, AI tools, and ERP platforms to enhance service delivery and generate actionable client insights.
