Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Executive Vice President of Stanbridge University. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and directors across academic and administrative departments.

Requirements

• Manage the EVP's calendar, prioritize requests, and ensure effective allocation of time.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring agendas, materials, and logistics are prepared.
• Serve as a liaison between the EVP and directors, faculty, and staff across curricular and co-curricular departments to facilitate clear communication and timely follow-up.
