Job Description
StandardAero is seeking a Customer Account Leader to act as a liaison between operations, engineering, materials, sales, and the customer. This role will focus on maximizing customer experience and financial requirements while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers of various types. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/customer product transactions supporting various customer types
- Customer account experience in Aviation or Military industry
- Experience with financial requirements of the business unit
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to adapt communication style appropriately
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with both external and internal clients
- Expertise in production management, inventory purchasing, and sales/marketing information systems
