Manager, Supply Chain Ops

StandardAero is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and execution of global supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless flow of materials, parts, and services critical to operations. The role requires strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to drive continuous improvement across a complex, multi-location environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or director-level role
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles and practices
• Proven track record of leading and executing large-scale supply chain strategies
• Expertise in supply chain software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
