Job Description
StandardAero is seeking a Program Director, Component Repair Services to lead a team focused on achieving strategic objectives, monitoring performance, and maximizing customer satisfaction. The role involves managing account teams, driving initiatives for expansion and contract renewals, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and possess strong leadership and financial acumen.
Requirements
- Establish and demonstrate ‘customer-centric’ global account team leadership
- Utilize an integrated business-wide performance dashboard to identify issues and improve margin expansion
- Collaborate with Sales regarding market research-based programs for new market share
- Establish, document and continuously improve processes that impact Customer Experience
