Job Description
StandardAero is seeking a motivated and eager student (sophomore/junior) for a summer internship in finance, assisting with day-to-day accounting, clerical, and bookkeeping tasks in a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul location in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on financial processes, data collection, and providing support to operations. The internship offers hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in accounting, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or with equivalent background
- US Citizenship status
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with basic accounting software or accounting spreadsheets
- Skilled in the use of MS Office, specifically Excel
- Demonstrated excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in written format
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Self-directed, results-oriented, and flexible
- Ability to sit for long periods
