Job Description
StandardAero is seeking a Supply Chain, Indirect Sourcing Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for its global operations. This role focuses on managing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, while also collaborating cross-functionally with various business units. The manager will drive value through supplier relationship management, cost optimization, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
- Experience managing supplier performance and contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and sourcing tools.
