Job Description
Provide quality services, assist up-selling and cross-selling financial products/services to customers, and handle deposit/withdrawal transactions. Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group's arrangements and overseeing changes in governance and compliance.
Requirements
- Completed Tertiary Education
- Over 1 years of working experience in Customer Service or Client Services within Banking or Financial Services sectors
- Previous Bank Teller working experience is an advantage
- Good Communications and Interpersonal Skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
