Job Description
The Director of Business Transformation in SME Banking will lead efforts to optimize business processes, enhance operational excellence, and boost productivity. This role will collaborate closely with business operational risk teams and other second line of defense (2LOD) functions to provide insights for the early detection of operational risks affecting the SME business.
Requirements
- University graduate with proven experience in corporate and commercial banking
- Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements related to SME banking
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
