Job Description
We're looking for a Manager, Development to lead the strategic direction and roadmap for SCPAY, aligning with Business Strategy, ITO Strategy and investment priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Microservices, and Spring boot, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage senior stakeholders and top management.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in the Dev role
- 2 years of experience as Dev lead role (added advantage)
- Good knowledge in Java, Microservices, and Spring boot
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed and highly varied stakeholders
