The Senior Priority Relationship Manager - Distribution Network will acquire, grow, and deepen Priority Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management, sales, and risk management. The role will require a graduate or post-graduate degree, extensive sales experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Acquiring, growing, and deepening Priority Banking customer relationships
- Analysis and satisfaction of Priority Customers' financial and investment needs
- Providing professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
- Managing portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book
- Having complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places
- Serving as the one-point contact to High-Net-Worth customers of the Bank
- Generating new business to achieve defined targets in terms of number of customers, volumes, and revenue
- Achieving targets set in terms of product mix
- Induction of all new customers brought in by the Branches & Direct Sales team
- Achieving 'best in class' productivity to maximize the efficacy of the sales process
- Achieving budgeted cross-sell targets
- Aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
- Ensuring coverage of customer base in accordance with the approved contact plans
- Coordinating customer events for the cluster along with the product team
- Updating and maintaining all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.)
- Maintaining and updating customer information on WMS
- Ensuring that NPS is at least in second quartile as compared to peers
- Using the online CMP system diligently and achieving > 75% of required customer contact each month
- Ensuring full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and KYC
- Ensuring compliance with the above policies on an ongoing basis and reporting any suspicious transaction immediately to the supervising officer
- Ensuring full awareness of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, misselling, etc. and complying with the same
- Reading, understanding, and complying with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct
- Displaying exemplary conduct and living by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
- Taking personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank
