Specialist

The Specialist role at Standard Chartered involves developing and executing country-specific strategic goals for financial regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports, and overseeing the team's delivery management. Key responsibilities include strategy, business, processes, people & talent, risk management, governance, and regulatory & business conduct. Qualifications include Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CWA) or its equivalent, MBA (Finance), MBA (Banking), or any Finance equivalent from an institute of Repute, with minimum 6 years of experience in Financial Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting (based on IFRS).

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CWA) or its equivalent, MBA (Finance), MBA (Banking), or any Finance equivalent from an institute of Repute
• Minimum of 6 years preferably in Financial Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting (based on IFRS)
• Strong knowledge of Financial Regulatory Reporting interpretation, IFRS regulations, Banking products & accounting, Product Control
• Proficient in analytics to drive deep understanding of Financial statements of Banks
• Collaboration mindset; able to deliver solutions to improve BAU
