The Specialist, Product Control will be responsible for monitoring key controls and processes, ensuring timely completion and review of tasks, and managing stakeholder expectations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a good understanding of accounting and financial markets products.
Requirements
- Monitoring of key controls/ processes around Daily Pnl & Balance Sheet (Asset classes: FX / FXO / Rates / Credit / Commodities / Treasury etc.)
- Review of Daily/Month end reconciliations between the various TP systems and the General Ledger
- End to End delivery of Monthly AvF Reconciliation
- Assist in the design, testing and implementation of TP data integrity / exception reports
- Review of month-end balance sheet substantiation of PC owned balances
- Ideation/Initiation of process simplification/Automation of daily processes
- Maintenance of DOI for Daily P&L and AvF processes
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc month end journals as part of ME book close
