Job Description
The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires 6-8 years of experience in technology, with expertise in DevOps, JUnit, JPA/Hibernate, JBoss, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Azure.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience with hands-on technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Individual contributor with good domain knowledge on cash products/SWIFT messaging
- Awareness and understanding of business strategy and meeting expectations
- Responsible for executing and supervising changes against release priorities
- Understanding of eSDLC process and ensuring delivery meets standards
- Awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements and expectations
