Manufacturing Operations Manager

Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee the Agile Magnetics site, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities and staff, and promoting a positive working environment with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least eight years of experience in industrial management
• Proficient skills with MS Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and team-building skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, strong teamwork, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to engage a cross functional team towards a desired outcome
• Change management skills to include the practical implementation of lean manufacturing
• Ability to work on site full-time
• Must be US Citizen due to government contract requirements
