Manufacturing Planner

Standex International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to oversee production scheduling and materials planning to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and adjust master production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor work orders and production progress to identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or supply issues.
• Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase planning accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and priorities to stakeholders across departments.
• Prepare and present regular planning and performance reports to management.
