As a Forklift Operator - Shipping, you'll operate a variety of equipment, complete orders, and interact with management software systems. You'll also have the opportunity to support cross-training in other distribution center functions and perform daily forklift inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1-2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification
• Broad knowledge of distribution center methods and procedures
• Ability to understand daily goals and maximize warehouse capacity
• Familiarity with product catalog numbers and handling characteristics
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a scanner-directed job and achieve productive and quality standards
