Requirements

• Direct department oversight and productivity in working lead capacity
• Assist in training and troubleshooting of production equipment for all new hires and operators
• Set up production equipment and ensure optimal operation and quality
• Communicate department changes, critical actions, maintenance needs, quality issues, best practices, and regular reporting to appropriate persons
• Participate in candidate interviews and on-site evaluations including direct feedback to hiring team
• Uphold facility safety and cleanliness standards
