Job Description
We're looking for an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our Industrial team. The role involves evaluating, developing, and improving manufacturing processes within our North American Engineered Fastening manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Discipline, 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Discipline
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time domestic
- Experience working with multiple functions and disciplines in a matrix organization
- Understanding of business metrics and P&L
- Root cause problem solving
- ERP/MES and other manufacturing systems knowledge/experience
- Basic Data analytic tools like MS Power Platform
