Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods, processes, and work flow for aerospace operations. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives, run small-scale Kaizen events, and support operations teams in setting goals and measuring key indicators of plant performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace engineering
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Equivalent hands-on applicable experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree
- Microsoft Office Suite products, Visio, ERP systems, Presentation skills, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping
