Senior Engineer, Mechanical

As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, you'll be part of our T&O team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to evaluate, approve, and implement engineering change orders, work with cross functional teams, perform structural analysis, and more.

Requirements

• B.S. or equivalent in Mechanical engineering discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in product development of Li Ion Battery packs and Battery Management Systems
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling software, CATIA V5 preferred
• Familiarity with Printed Circuit Board design desired
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes for various electronic and other products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet schedule and cost commitments
• Excellent communication skills to deal with customers and suppliers to meet the targets of scheduled events
• Supplier development for key components and working with contract manufacturers
• Working knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stacks ups, Failure analysis etc
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Able to travel domestically and internationally
