Job Description
Stantec Dubai is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator (Interior Design) to support ongoing projects, including setup, development, and delivery of structured BIM models and ensuring CAD and BIM data comply with BIM Project Execution Plan.
Requirements
- Assist in setting up, developing, and delivering structured BIM models for projects
- Ensure all CAD and BIM data comply with the BIM Project Execution Plan
- Support generative design with routines automation
- Setup, develop, configure, and establish the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project use
- Ensure Project Information Models (PIMs) are delivered in accordance with the agreed MIDP and CDE protocol
- Support, update, and maintain QA/QC check templates & QA/QC check tracker
- Measure and ensure the highest quality for all BIM package submissions
- Record, store, and maintain all formal correspondences related to BIM activities
- Review, monitor, and report on the development of clash interference and fully coordinated models
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs respecting clash severity matrix and prioritization
- Prepare own discipline model and/or content for internal reviews and coordination meetings
- Review BIM submission from trade Contractors
- Monitor and support the data collection process and validate Asset Information Models (AIMs) and Client Specific requirements
