Job Description
Stantec is a leading energy transition firm combining a large company with specialized teams to tackle complex challenges. The Power Systems Studies Engineer will conduct modelling and analysis of power systems, including power flow and short circuit studies, using electromagnetic transient simulation and relevant industry standards. The role involves preparing detailed reports, obtaining client approval, and contributing to project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Perform power system modelling and studies using PSS/E, PSLF, ETAP, ASPEN, PSCAD.
- Prepare study reports documenting the study scope, inputs, and recommendations.
- Obtain client approval for completed reports.
- Assist with project kick-off and progress review.
