Job Description
Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative/Project Manager to manage the design and construction of higher education, healthcare, and other institutional expansion/renovation projects. The role involves overseeing project phases from conceptual planning to occupancy, managing budgets and schedules, and leading teams to achieve project success.
Requirements
- Manage multiple high education, healthcare, K-12 schools, or commercial expansion or renovation projects.
- Communicate daily with the client and project team.
- Lead the Design Team consisting of Architect, Engineers, Equipment Planner, and other consultants.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes to the project team.
- Lead the Construction Team on behalf of the owner.
- Develop, track, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget.
- Review contracts and invoices.
- Manage disputes and claims.
- Review and approve invoices and change orders.
